Paws, Claws & Flippers for a Cause

Join us at Aces Pub for a fun-filled evening celebrating the animals we love while raising money for a great cause!

Dress the Part

Come dressed as your favorite animal or creature you would like to support. Whether it's inspired by a beloved pet or animals with paws, claws, flippers, feathers, scales, or fur, we encourage everyone to get creative and have fun!

Costumes can be funny, creative, simple, or elaborate. Individual and group costumes are welcome.

Contest Registration

Guests wishing to participate in the costume contest must register during the event.

Since Aces Pub will serve as the final stop of the crawl, participants are welcome to submit a photo of their costume earlier in the day to ensure they are included in the contest display and voting.

Photos and entry information may be submitted on the day of the event by emailing info@acespub.com.

All submitted photos will be displayed for voting throughout the evening and may also be shared online through Aces Pub's website and social media channels.

Early photo submission does not constitute registration or entry into the contest.

To be eligible, participants must:

Be present at Aces Pub during the event.
Check in with staff before voting concludes.

Participants who submit photos but do not arrive at Aces Pub and complete the check-in process will not be eligible for voting.

By entering the contest, participants grant Aces Pub permission to use submitted and event photographs for voting, promotional, and social media purposes.

Voting

Voting is open to everyone and may be cast by both participants and members of the public attending the event.

Voting will take place throughout the evening and will conclude promptly at 10:00 PM.

The participant receiving the most votes will be declared the winner.

The winner does not need to be present at the time voting closes. Depending on vote totals and the time required to verify results, the winner may be announced that evening or the following day. Winners who are not present will be contacted directly.

During the event, 10% of all drink sales will be donated to the selected organization.

Guest Donations
Guests are welcome to make additional voluntary donations during the event. Every dollar given goes directly toward supporting the cause.

Aces Pub Matching Contribution
To make an even greater impact, Aces Pub will match guest donations dollar-for-dollar up to $250.

Choosing the Cause

Our winner helps decide where the donations go.

To ensure donations are used responsibly, recipient organizations must:
Be a recognized charitable or community organization.

Operate legally within the United States.
Meet Aces Pub's eligibility requirements and community standards. 501(c)(3) Organizations

Aces Pub reserves the right to verify and approve all recipient organizations before funds are distributed.

Donation Distribution

Following the event of Paws, Claws & Flippers on August 9th 2026:

Drink sales are calculated using Aces Pub sales records.
Guest donations are totaled.
Aces Pub's matching contribution (up to $500) is added.
Donations are generally presented to the selected organization within 30 days of the event.

Whenever possible, we'll share photos and updates so everyone can see the impact their support has made.

A Community Effort

Whether it's helping local families, supporting schools, honoring veterans, assisting animal rescues, or helping those in need, we're proud to partner with our guests to give back.

Donation percentages are based on drink sales only and exclude sales tax, gratuities, gift card purchases, and merchandise sales.

Customer donations are voluntary.

Aces Pub will match customer donations up to a maximum of $250 per event.

Recipient organizations are subject to verification and approval by Aces Pub management.

Donation amounts are determined solely by Aces Pub sales and accounting records.
